Street severance figures were renewed on Jan. 25 this year too (not that dangerous sword trial at street, even if the pronunciation in Japanese is same).

Aft derailer of my beloved folding bike.
It never broke for more than 10 years even if I have used it rather harshly. Exactly what we expect of Shimano.

97. Narita-san approach
Went to Narita-san temple.
The eyesore utility poles along the road approaching to the temple have been all removed by the recent effort to bury the power distribution systems into the ground. The street outlook has become very much clean.

As usual, Kuroganemoti at a nearby park has borne a lot of fruit.
These are eaten up in a matter of a few days by bulbuls soon after the new year holidays.

95. Cryptomeria flowers
At this time of year, cedars along the path we walk daily put something strange, could be flowers or fruits.
This is said to be the male flowers of cryptomeria, and thus the very culprit which causes a lot of pollen troubles in early spring.

94. Honeybee in winter
Even in December, honeybees come to our place in the morning of a warm day.
Upon being pointed by a lense, the bees fly to the camera and my hands and walk slowly on their surfaces.
Looks like someone close to us keep these bees.

93. Fuse-gaki (Alms persimmons)
The wind and cold this morning made a white-eye - coming to take persimmons left intentionally as an alsms - fluff up.
Weather chart of 09:00 indicates powerful LP of 948 mb (--- hPa now) at Hokkaido east coast.

Temperature this morning was below 10 deg. C.
In the sunny spots of woods slope facing the morning sun, many bugs gather to huddle with the warmth.
Different from the summer, they are not agile any more and easily captured by a camera.

Went to a brand-new athletic field, close to our place
The turf looked already fully grown. However it turned out to be of artificial type.
Its quality seemed not so bad.
